Our Community

As taxi-cab drivers and company owners in the Region of Waterloo, we take pride in our community and are actively involved in giving back to it wherever we can. Here are just some of the many ways we are involved in the community we call home.

In addition to charities such as the Tree of Hope, the Butterfly Learning Centre, the Kinsmen Centre, Anselma House, Katie's Crusade (support for Batten disease), members of the Waterloo Region Taxi Alliance provide discounted rates to senior citizens and Wheels on Meals. We provide free rides to our Vets and members of the Canadian Armed Forces on Remembrance Day. We deliver meals on Christmas Day as well as hold annual toy drives for those less fortunate in our community.

From sponsoring soccer teams to hockey and golf tournaments, we get involved in sports at the community level as well as sponsoring the University of Waterloo, Laurier University, and Conestoga College. We partner with Mobility Plus and the Taxi Scrip program to help improve the transportation of those in need of our services.

We are your neighbours who, like you, live, work, and play here with our family and friends.

Our community involvement doesn't stop there. We also provide individual donations for school and church fund raisers, special events, and various neighbourhood activities.

We invest the money we earn back into the community we live in. It's really that simple and something that we are all so very proud of.
